As you know, we supply local restaurants and cooperatives with our produce. L'Etoile du Nord Cafe in Bayport, Minnesota is one of the restaurants to use our produce in their Belgian-inspired dishes. The Elm Tree Farm and L'Etoile du Nord were featured on Twin Cities Public Television's Farm Fresh Road Trip last fall. We're honored to be a part of the show and hope you'll enjoy watching!
